Needed a quick claim deed. After looking at several other sites I chose to use Trustpilot. The form was easy to follow and came with instructions and recommendations. Filled in the blanks and sent it to the Clerk of the Court for entry. Got the registered deed back and gave it to the new owners. This was easy and no problems at all.

We couldn't be happier. I wanted to add my husband's name to the deed on a house that I inherited. This is a terrific option for creating a quit claim deed. It was so easy to follow and quick to complete. I even had a correction once I finished that I could change without paying any additional fees. I was reviewing DeedClaim's capabilities to include the provisions I needed in a new deed -- an Enhanced Life Estate (Ladybird) deed with a name (deceased owner) removed. I didn't see the way to complete this. I entered a question at 9:30 pm and in 10 minutes had a response with clear instructions on how to create this deed. I was able to complete the deed and have subsequently recorded the deed without issue. (This was in Florida) Lawyers were quoting $200+ to do this.

I want to thank you so MUCH!!! This process was so easy! And saved me $500.I wish that I had known of Deed Claim a few years ago. My sister had doubts that all would go well when we went to file the Warranty Deed at the court house. She was insistent on us going to a law office and letting them handle this process. Needless-to-say, when I handed the Deed to the clerk at the court house, she went over it word-for-word then verified it again with her superior, and return with, "all is perfect !" .... I would definitely recommend this company.

Easy to navigate. The Quitclaim Deed allowed for multiple grantors and grantees and separate notary certifications for grantors who could not sign at the same time and place. Other forms I researched did not have this option. Thanks.
