Thank you for using DeedClaim. Once the document is delivered to you by e-mail, you can print it as many times as you would like. That is under your control and has nothing to do with us. If you are saying that you need to edit your answers to change the file format (in other words, you selected PDF as the file format and now want to change it to Microsoft Word), we can help you do that. But leaving a bad customer review is not the appropriate way to request help. There are mutliple support channels, including the chat feature on our website, the contact form on our website, or simply replying to the e-mail that forwarded the deed. Please contact us for help instead of leaving a negative review.

I always give a 4 star for review because nothing is perfect. Had a great experience and was easy if you have all the property info handy at the time which i did. Wish it was $10 instead of $29.95 but they need to make money also i guess.

You need to have a third option on your Quitclaim beyond fee and gift, one for trusts. My Placer County allowed me to change the code to R&T 11930 "into or out of a living trust".

In your case, it hid that option because you indicated that the transfer was without consideration (which is an independent basis for exemption and should have been sufficient).
