Thanks for using DeedClaim.com, Raysa. You mentioned that you felt that the deed was not accurate. Without more information, we don't know what you believe was incorrect. We went back and reviewed the deed you created, and it corresponds with the answers that you gave in the interview. We can't see any deficiencies on our end based on the selections you made in the interview and the document that you received. Sometimes inaccuracies are caused by inputting the wrong information (which can happen to anyone), and we are always ready to help our users correct that. And if you think there is a problem on our end, we would love to hear that as well. In any event, I wish that you had allowed us to help you with your issue before leaving a negative review. If you would like further assistance, we remain willing and ready to help.

In the seven minutes between the time you asked for help and the time we responded, you left this negative review. I regret that we weren't able to meet your expectations, but I am not sure what else we could have done. We are always ready to help our customers correct any problems. I needed document in state I do not reside in. I had general guidance from a county office in that state, but not specify enough to a lay person. Deedclaim was understanding and tried to guide me. The explanation on the site eventually became clear after reading the legal jumbo jumbo. I think I finally might have correct form. Will not find out until it is filed. I appreciate the guidance, thank you.

Unreal, my lawyer wanted $320.00 to do all, meaning filing fees too, with the county. I went on line, and googled what I was looking for (a transfer upon death deed - AKA - Lady Bird Deed - used in Florida. They walked me through filling it out, through their easy software system. Minutes later got the deed, in my email. ---------- 29.00 bucks. I went to the county and filed it for another 30 bucks. No issues. I love it.
