I love my ring from dazzling rock! The website does not show the ring on a finger so I was a little surprised by the thinness of the band but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. I did email customer service after receiving the ring to ask about sizing (ring a little big) and I never received a response or follow up. I also asked about cleaning or repair work (for future reference) with no response. So , yes, I am happy with my product but not thrilled with service or company overall.

I received a pair of diamond earrings as an anniversary gift for my husband. Imagine my dismay when I lost one of the two earrings! I called dazzling rock in hopes of ordering a replacement and they were happy to make one for me and charge me for only one earring. I just received it and it matches perfectly, thank you dazzling rock!

I (and my girlfriend) loved the ring I purchased from DazzlingRock. Even better was that when I called 2 days after my purchase, thinking I needed to spend more on for quicker delivery given the timeline proposed in my confirmation email, Customer Service said they would prioritize the customizations I had requested, and send out my purchase much before their proposed date. As such, I received my purchase on time, having saved enough money to pair my gift with flowers and a card!

I bought an engagement ring from another company, horrible experience, so was looking elsewhere for a matching wedding band without breaking the bank. The Dazzling Rock staff, via live chat, was fantastic. I was able to tell them the details and send pictures of my engagement ring and they suggested a matching band. The band isn't an exact match but is very very close which is all I can expect with going to another company. I only wish I had bought my engagement ring from Dazzling Rock as well!
