Yes; most definitely, an iTunes USA card is only meant for the iTunes USA Store. You can not use it on the iTunes India store. This is very explicitly mentioned on our website. Thank you.

Dear Sir. We are the only portal which is currently operating. We are also trying to delivery every order as soon as possible. Most customers expect us to deliver within a few minutes of their orders and start sending us emails immediately. This is really not possible at this point of time. If you want you can order from Amazon or Flipkart and wait for one month (maybe more). Thank you.

I think there was a lack of transparency for first time customers who didn't know how the site worked. Pros: Fair prices and easy checkout experience Prompt response in email Cons: 1. There was no description under Battlefield 3 2. Only after I got the activation code, did I know this is an Origin game and I had to register and download Orgin launcher as well. I had a steam account but the description to the game does not say which platform. 3. The email with the code is pathetic and lacks instructions. It does not even provide a link to Origin site. I had to spend about 25minutes figuring out how to redeem the code. Again, you shouldn't customers to know how to do that on the various platforms like Steam, Orgin, etc. Why weren't steps given along with the activation code e-mail? That was not professional and a smooth experience. At least attach some links that could help customers know what to do next. 4. The Digicode website design is a complete mess. Hard to location information and messy UI.

Hello. 1. Activation instructions are sent out along with each and every order, in the email. The order delivery email specifically mentions which platform the product is to be activated on. 2. These are also available (Activation instructions for Steam, Origin, UPlay, Gog, Microsoft Store, Xbox store, and all others) in the FAQ's section on our website. 3. If anyone has any issues, they can always contact support and we are there to guide them. However, we checked and you did not contact our support team to seek any help. 4. Regarding the ui, we will be upgrading it in the future! Thank you for your feedback. We will see what we can make better.
