Horrible company... I have still not received my order. I sent the email below and still do not have product. I am awaiting my refund!

So basically judging by your email...you just shipped it today!!!!....unbelievable....I have my own pool to fix and I am affiliated with a pool repair company and we thought that your company would be a better supplier than our current supplier.

Your honesty and customer service is poor. We would rather you said you forgot to shop and apologized than state "Is already shipped"

From the date ordered to your customers door is greater than the average time frame for any online company.

Your company shipped on 8/22 with no tracking information...

Not to mention the location to where you are shipping is a seasonal climate, therefore a 3 week turnaround time is significantly dissatisfying because the pool will be closed 2-3 weeks after the product reaches its destination.

Google, and all social media reviews of your company will be poor.
