The guys at Dfndr armor have always made themselves readily available and enthusiastic about answering my numerous questions. Their products are of the highest quality and without a doubt I'll be shopping with them for all my relevant future purchases.

Very easy transaction and website easy to use. Used my SRT plate in my vest daily for work. In conjunction with my 3A vest, I have capabilities to stop certain rifle rounds with only adding 1.4lbs!

Good product quick delivery

Looking into DFNDR, I heard/read such good things and I gained great confidence in this company and for their products. While I still hold to these feelings, I must say that this, my first order/experience, has been frustrating.
I placed my order (in November) and it was disclosed that the product was expected to ship in mid December. December came and went and I heard nothing. I reached out to DFNDR for updates and while I received a reply, I was not given an eta for my order or a tangible reason for the delay.
Into January I received an auto-generated email that my order was prepping for shipping; UPS tracking with an eta for the following week. On the day that my shipment was due to arrive, I received an email with a new/updated/changed eta for the another week out.
Here I am, near mid January, and I’m not holding my breath for the arrival of my order this coming Monday. I understand unexpected delays and unforeseen events but for me, I would have appreciated updates from customer service. I would rather hear of unexpected delays - tell me that you don’t know when it will ship but tell me something, please.
I’ve given 4 stars for the expectation that I will be blown away by this product when it arrives. For the hope that my experience thus far are not indicative of the SOP of DFNDR.
I’m a police officer in VA and I’m looking forward to implementing my order into my duty gear!

Awesome product. I purchased the level 3 and use it in conjunction with my soft body armor. Hardly notice a difference in weight. Very comfortable.

Outstanding customer service to go along with an unbelievable product. I have yet to find any Level III + poly plates that are lighter or capable of stopping more special threats than DFNDR’s offerings.

I purchased a backpack plate on line with zero problems. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the plate earlier than anticipated. Like just about all of us leaving a review, I have not (thankfully) had an opportunity to discuss the performance of the plate. Visual inspection of the plate gives me a high level of confidence as it looks like the plate is well constructed with well protected corners and edge banding. The plate is very light, a bit over a pound and is installed in my Vertx EDC Gamut backpack. Very happy with this purchase.

The armor is very light and excellent quality. Will purchase future armor from DFNDR Armor.
