Opening my new package got me started with a bad taste in my mouth.
UPS did not damage the package, your shipping department did not pack it well. There was a small box bouncing around inside of a big box. The smaller box with my user manual and exercise reference chart was dented and damaged, My user guide has a smashed corner and the pages stick together. My quick reference chart has an ugly wrinkle in the corner. I would never choose this package from a store shelf. I feel I over paid for the equipment and it was damaged when I received it.
