I was interested in purchasing some equipment at the recent sale, but could not get my original password updated or changed. Chat function didn’t help. So, my original purchase was fine, but my subsequent experience was very poor.

I love the Crossover Symmetry program. The cords are high quality and the exercises are all laid out in an easy to follow chart.

These bands are Magic I am using them on daily basis for shoulder pain and I see a lot of improvement

Great piece of kit for my home gym

I would have liked the option to purchase more than one hook up system, i.e. around the door AND the hooks. Find the manual doesn’t really show enough for how to set up… may be some drawings would help?? Ok.. but could be a lot more for the money

It is simply the best system in the market.

I purchased the Crossover Symmetry shoulder system after I fractured my hip, figuring it would be something I could do with my upper body while my lower body was out of commission. I adapted all of the exercises to be done while seated and it has worked out really well! I feel like I'm using all kinds of muscles that I haven't used before, and this is coming from someone who has done CrossFit consistently for the past 7 years.

But wait! There's more! During my hip fracture recovery, I originally envisioned just working out my upper body in my basement for my next few months. However, my CrossFit box has been awesome about adapting their daily workouts for me, so I've been getting in plenty of upper body work at CrossFit, way more than I originally envisioned. I'm still using Crossover Symmetry system - the shoulder activation series just about every day, and the strength series about 3x a week - and I feel like it has really helped me during my adaptive CrossFit workouts.

Plot twist! I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and my shoulders are areas of my body that I need to be careful with, even when I'm working out with legs, as they get cranky if provoked too much. You can imagine between being dependent on crutches for mobility and then all of my workouts right now being 100% upper body focused, my shoulders are getting asked to work a LOT. And yet....they have never felt so good! I'm really wondering if it is the Crossover Symmetry system that is making the difference. I fully intend to keep up consistent usage of this system when I'm back to "normal.

And....I've already purchased the hip & core system from you, and it is ready & waiting for when I get clearance from my doctor to start using it. After seeing the results from the shoulder system, I'm sure the hip & core will be beneficial as I start rehabbing back into my 2 legged life. :-)

I think the product is fine and I am definitely getting stronger. I deduct one start because I keep getting mails suggesting that I buy Crossover Symmetry, but I’ve already bought the damn thing. Stop with the freaking emails!

Great system! I recommend for people with shoulder impingement or scapular dyskinesis. Use as preactivation prior to overhead workouts.
