I'm grateful for the professional manner in which Creative Tax Solutions has responded to a cry for help in dealing with my tax situation. In particular, Danielle Bernas has delivered service that has exceeded my expectations - she has been personal, responsive, direct, and very knowledgeable; and has handled my needs with patience and compassion. I trust her. This is the kind of responsiveness I expected. I'm happy to recommend Creative Tax Solutions to others.

They treated me with courtesy and respect and with such professionalism, wasn't treated like a case file but as a human being with a tax problem and they very understanding and resolved my situation with the utmost care. Thank you Creative tax solutions I can get back to normalcy.

Don has done a wonderful job since taking over my case last year. He is very pleasant and professional. Don is easily accessible--answering all my questions and concerns and gets things done. Iam very happy with the outcome and dealings with him.

Let me first quite the experience I never knew the complications and details behind my current situation but I'm very grateful that I had the right person at the right time to work my case.My agent Don Murry was very helpful compassionate and informative and very professional . I believe as a company you must have the right people to the right job and creative tax Solutions had everything in place what I needed and how needed it.
So with all that being said thanks again to my agent Don Murry and the team of Creative Tax Solutions.

I would most definitely rate CTS higher then 5 stars.
I have been associated with CTS for some time now & CTS has been & showed nothing but professionalism & satisfying response to my situation. This is all because of Danielle & when does became involved with my caseios.

Danielle Bernas has been absolutely wonderful throughout my tax issue with the IRS. She is readily available to answer my questions and concerns, not to mention all of the emotional support she has given me. Her professionalism and knowledge of my situation is steller. They are extremely excellent! they helped me out Greatly and i am totally appreciative for their work in helping me resolve my debt to the IRS. I def recommend having Creative tax solutions help you if you ever have debt issues with the IRS!!

Thank goodness for Danielle!!! She saved my sanity and gave me peace of mind!!! Always was professional, and displayed the utmost concern for what was best for me, and I never, EVER felt as if I was a burden with my millions of questions, or temporary setbacks...unlike a certain other team member, whom shall remain nameless..

Danielle worked tirelessly for me, and did EXACTLY what she said she, and Creative Tax would do.. Give me relief!! She's been great!! Thanks Danielle!! You're the Best!!
