I regret to hear that you are dissatisfied with the resolution of your enquiry. Unfortunately, given the three-year-old purchase date of the throw, we were unable to offer additional remedies beyond those already conveyed to you.
In an effort to extend goodwill, we were prepared to send you a new controller. However, you've informed us that you've already made a controller purchase. Consequently, we processed a refund for the purchase amount for that controller.
We sincerely apologise for not being able to provide the desired outcome in this particular situation.

Wanted to replace the remote as one was no longer working after a year, I have two heated blankets from cosihome. Although the remote fits it doesn't heat the blanket. Very disappointed as I love the blankets and paid good money for them too, was hoping they would last longer than a year.
