I bought a heated throw from cosi homes and was thrilled to bits with it! Unfortunately it stopped working after three months but I got in touch with cosi homes and the problem was sorted out and a new control unit was sent within days of me reaching out for help. The customer service was second to none and such a welcome change from most places these days! I highly recommend the item and the company.

Wouldn’t leave one star if I could, absolutely rubbish, after 2 replacement adapters blanket still does not heat, requested a returns label and full refund. Received refund and they didn’t want me to return blanket?
Looks nice but does not heat, there are far better heated throws on the market next time I will still to the brand we’ve already purchased in the past

Annoying that unable to speak directly to someone about problem.
New controller works, but not as well as the one it replaced. Throw doesn't get as warm on highest setting as with the old controller.
