The corsets were shipped faster than I thought - I got mine within days of ordering them. They looked just like they did online and the quality was amazing.

I ordered my corset late on a Friday evening-long after the office in the UK would have been closed. However, I noticed a problem- I never got a confirmation email or anything for my order. So I sent an email off to customer services to find out if my first order went through or if I'd have to place the order again. The corset was on sale and limited quantity, so I wanted to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I also posted my question on their facebook page (corsets-uk). Sure enough, one of the wonderful ladies working there answered me within a few hours, and let me know that she looked through their database and couldn't find my order, meaning it hadn't gone through properly. So I placed the order again, and got my confirmation email/order number. A few hours later, customer service got back to me, assuring me that the second time I placed the order, it went through okay, and the first order hadn't gone through so I wouldn't have to worry about being double-charged or anything. The corset itself was delivered promptly. The estimate given to me in my confirmation email was 5-10 business days, and it arrived at my home in 7.
