Heidi, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you are unable to get through on the phones, as we are located in the UK if you are calling out of the 9AM-4PM GMT time your call will not unfortunately be answered after opening hours. In regards to emails, we do allow a 48 hour response window for them to be answered as we do receive a large amount of emails daily from all different countries, your email will be answered shortly.
