Was disappointed that the one corset was backordered. The people at Corset-Story were quick in letting me know this. Their people were also helpful and reasonably prompt at responding to my e-mail questions. The item was shipped in a timely manner. The item arrived a day later than promised but was well worth the wait. I will definitely do business with this company and I would recommend this company to a friend. Thanks so much!

The website is not accurate when displaying product availability. This means that 1) I ordered corset D-097 (below) even though it was in fact no longer available, 2) The company charged my credit card before verifying that the product was no longer available, and to make matters worse, 3) My account page indicates that my order was Completed and Shipped even though the product was no longer available. This entire transaction was a failure. I gave a Poor rating to emphasize that this transaction was the product of a completely incompetent inventory/website system. I would rate the quality of customer service in addressing this problem as Good. I would rate the quality of the actual products as Excellent. Because of the quality, I will continue to shop here but will be wary of buying items that are of limited quantity.

We did unfortunately have an inventory error due to item D-097 being shown in stock, and whilst being picked and packed was not unfortunately available, we apologise about this.
