I held off on writing this review for almost 8 months. Your corsets are lovely, but your suggested sizes were incorrect. Several I ordered based on your sizing chart recommendations led to them being too large around my midsection. I tightened them as much as the garments would allow and was still not cinched in at all. I had too much room which is impressive given my larger chest. Given I purchased these during your warehouse sale, I couldn't return them or exchange them for a different size so i have useless, though pretty, corsets. It's really disappointing. But that pales in comparison to the nightmare your delivery service DHL put me through. They REFUSED to adhere to the delivery schedule they requested I send them. Changing the delivery time to make sure someone was available for signing was impossible because they ignored every single delivery instruction, every single delivery update (including specific days, requiring or not requiring signatures, and time frames.) There was no way to contact the company when delivery orders, times, and dates were blatantly disregarded by the company. As long as you continue using them, I'll never order from you again. Having them attempt delivery with over $1000 worth of product and inform me that i missed the delivery window because they didn't come on the scheduled day and then threaten to ship my order back despite my protest of their negligence that I had proof of, ruined any faith I have in that company and their business practices. Didn't help that the packaging was damaged with several holes in it and there was a white corset that was permanently stained because of it. Since you use them, I can't trust that I'll get my packages without damage or panic attacks because they are horrible at communicating with customers and ignore any directives they ask you to provide. Including them delivering packages that require a signature while refusing to deliver one that doesn't because they think it should.

I can’t say enough how amazing these corsets are. I bought my very first one over 15 years ago and it’s still looks and holds like new. They are very plus size friendly I’m a size 44”. A must if you love corsets.

I ordered in September knowing some items were pre-order and would be shipped by September 30th, which was absolutely fine.

Come October 1st, I checked in with them to see what was what. Good thing I did. There was one item that they were unable to do. If I didn't check in my order would have sit there forever.

A suitable solution was found and accepted. They said thw items were shipped a few days later.

A few weeks passed and I still did not receive tracking. After multiple emails and days later they finally said that the warehouse is looking for my order.

Lost order? Awesome.

I finally received the tracking information 4 days ago, but the items have not veen picked up by the courrier yet. Which lets me believe that they still have not found my order.

I have missed the opportunity to wear these items for 2 events already. I purchased the corsets specifically for these events.

I have been looking for compensation for all this trouble. One month later still no items.

If it isn't resolved in the next few days I will file a claim with Visa.

Order my product back at the end of September 2023. Still have not received it. Paid for expedited shipping. As nice as your customer service is, I was very disappointed that the transparency of the amount it would take to make my order was not there. It would have be nice to be informed my order would take longer, instead of me having to investigate the matter. 2 of the 3 dates I need this product for have gone by. I am hoping the product is great, because I would hate to see that waste $220. Over all I am just highly disappointed, I probably will not buy from this company again, seeing that their lack of communication is a major deterrent for this customer.

Received the order a few days earlier than the original estimated time which was great, though not needed. I loved each piece I chose and can definitely make use of all of them. Been ordering from corset story for a few years now and, considering I usually hate online shopping, I am fan of this site.

The service was amazing. They have wonderful deals on beautiful products. And if there is any complications at all, the service department seems to try to resolve it as quickly as possible! I bought quite a few corsets because of a buy 1 get 6 free, of lesser or equal value, deal. I was getting 2 specifically so, I could see which would go better under my wedding dress. One of my pre-order corsets was taking a while to get the fabric and they didn't know when the material was actually going to get in. So they let me pick another corset to exchange for it and shipped it out so quickly! Now I should get them in time and it is all thanks the Chris!

Fabulous, as always. I have purchased more than 10 overbust, underbust, and waspie corsets from Corset Story. Always well made, always great quality. I do not recommend the clothing type corsets. I have purchased 4 or 5 shirts and dresses over the years and they never fit right. Somehow the designers don't understand the over-the-shoulder configuration!!! Corset Story always cheerfully refunds or exchanges, so that's a definite plus if you want to take a chance on the stunning clothing. I am 5'9" and weigh 142 lbs., btw
