It would be an Excellent were it not for conflicting information. On one part of the order it said that all of my pieces would be shipped together (considering I had a corset to be made and one already made). On another part it said that the already made corset was already shipped. I ordered because of the first info which said they'd be shipped together, considering I was in the middle of a move from one state to another and had a mail forward in force. I didn't know where the one corset was going to end up or when. No way of tracking the shipment left me nervous the entire time, wondering if it was delivered to an empty house and stolen, not delivered yet, delivered but forwarded, etc. I got the red one eventually. But non-conflicting information as well as some kind of tracking (or an indication from where the corset was shipped at the very least) would have been helpful.

All 4 corsets are made to order , which I guess means I won't see them for a few more weeks even though they are listed as a completed order. :( I'm sure they will be lovely.

I just wish the company had replied sooner to my email, or that there is an order cancelling button on the site. The site said that the first order had not gone through and was cancelled, when in fact it had, and now I have a duplicate order that could not be cancelled. I do not want to deal with the hassle of a return process when the site had originally messed up. Also, my name was spelled incorrectly when the email had been replied to and quite honestly, that shows a lack of attention to detail. But overall, the service was pretty good, but slow. If only I could be given a third corset of my choice so it would be included in the three corsets for the price of two deal on the site, since it was the site itself that had messed up.

I was not familiar with Corset-Story prior to this order. I am satisfied with the company and service but, I am curious what Corset-Story will do as the product description varied from the product.
