I have one item on backorder and Corset-Story has done an outstanding job with keeping the lines of communication open. I LOVE the two corsets I've received already and am anxiously awaiting the third.

the corsets are the best quality i have seen available on the internet. the site is well laid out and easy to navigate.the prices are freaking amazing and i will probably buy everything here eventually. the shipping was so fast i didn't have time to get a tracking number.

The web site is easy to navigate. I like the menu choices. It makes it easy to find things that are on sale. The descriptions of the corsets contain valuable detail, but are somewhat boilerplate. A little more delineation between products might be nice. Also, it would be nice to see a corset with a size map laid next to it. For example, when the description says 14 long, where is the starting point for this measurement and where is the ending point? Is this the back measurement? If it is a sweetheart style, is this from the top of the heart? Some women have a short torso, some a long torso. It would be nice to make suggestions for long or short torso, within the description. Or perhaps you could create menus for this. (Overbust long torso, for example.) Also, I did not understand the description for bust coverage. What does mild sweetheart mean? Does it mean anything other than a description of the profile of the garment itself? Perhaps a picture of a real person wearing each bust line style, along with information of breast size would be really helpful. For example, you may have a picture of a woman with A, B, C, D, and DD breast sizes in each style. This way, the customer could chose the bust style based on the amount of cleavage she intends to achieve. Thank you for soliciting my opinion. I hope I have provided you with helpful information.

The corset I obtained was the result of a return. Throughout the course of several emails with Laura from Corset story, she was polite and seemed interested in resolving my issue. She went as far as giving me 10 extra dollars to spend due to the inconvenience of the return, which was excellent. So needless to say, I was very happy with the service I received.

My corset was mailed on August 28, 2012 and I have not received it yet. Today is October 5, 2012. The team at Corset story has been very helpful in trying to find out what happened. Even though I have not been able to try a corset from them yet, I will most likely order from them in the future simply based on their reactive nature.
