Products arried in excellent condition, and are the quality I've come to expect from corset story!

I can’t yet review the corsets they aren’t here yet. But I rate the customer service five stars. There was some confusion on when the corsets would arrive, to what address, etc and it was all resolved very quickly and easily. Very helpful people.

Even though I bought my corset a few years ago, they still exchanged it for a bigger size. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Auto size was good but still like the option of having chart and did not like the least cost to most -highest cost filter removed.
Had to repeatedly reset filter to corsets in stock. Upgrade was not worth the results- too little gain for likely what the company paid.

Products are great when you finally get them. Review is on shipping and delivery. Don’t know why you can’t set up system to make multiple shipments if customers are willing to pay extra shipping. Shipping by DHL is horrible. They skipped my delivery and said it was because my business was closed. It’s a residential address and three people were home. Horrible to reach a person at customer service. Drop DHL.

Still waiting on my order, no updates or projected date of arrival given. I can’t review the product because I don’t have it but the shopping experience has been burdensome and filled with anxiety.

The filter options made shopping incredibly easy! Anytime I had any question, customer support was super helpful! My only complaints are that selecting different colors on certain corsets lead to entirely different pages that have to be loaded seperately, and the only measurement on the pages is the waist measurements, no info on underbust or hip measurements. That being said, corset-story has probably been the smoothest online shopping experience in a while!

Nice support contact. Ordering was easy, switching size after ordering also easy. Just took longer to shipping, but got an offer from support what to do.

I ordered three corsets in September however, one of the three was pre-ordered so it wasn’t available until October 31. I emailed courset story in the meantime to make sure everything was good and they communicated back very quickly. Once they had the pre-ordered courset available, they shipped all three. I got them, within three days of them shipping out and I love all three of them. Very quality and worth the purchase.

Very easy to navigate the website and lots of fantastic choices

I held off on writing this review for almost 8 months. Your corsets are lovely, but your suggested sizes were incorrect. Several I ordered based on your sizing chart recommendations led to them being too large around my midsection. I tightened them as much as the garments would allow and was still not cinched in at all. I had too much room which is impressive given my larger chest. Given I purchased these during your warehouse sale, I couldn't return them or exchange them for a different size so i have useless, though pretty, corsets. It's really disappointing. But that pales in comparison to the nightmare your delivery service DHL put me through. They REFUSED to adhere to the delivery schedule they requested I send them. Changing the delivery time to make sure someone was available for signing was impossible because they ignored every single delivery instruction, every single delivery update (including specific days, requiring or not requiring signatures, and time frames.) There was no way to contact the company when delivery orders, times, and dates were blatantly disregarded by the company. As long as you continue using them, I'll never order from you again. Having them attempt delivery with over $1000 worth of product and inform me that i missed the delivery window because they didn't come on the scheduled day and then threaten to ship my order back despite my protest of their negligence that I had proof of, ruined any faith I have in that company and their business practices. Didn't help that the packaging was damaged with several holes in it and there was a white corset that was permanently stained because of it. Since you use them, I can't trust that I'll get my packages without damage or panic attacks because they are horrible at communicating with customers and ignore any directives they ask you to provide. Including them delivering packages that require a signature while refusing to deliver one that doesn't because they think it should.
