My experience was fantastic. I am a pharmacist it felt like our old family pharmacy business. I had a question and I sent a email out. Jackie called me and arranged everything and had it delivered personally. We had built our business on customer service which is lacking in many businesses nowadays but not here. The product fit great and looks better then the others I had looked at. I needed a high and low walking cast cover for the winter here in Canada. All the other medical supply shops did not have one and if they had to order one they said it would be two to three weeks. Jackie had mine delivered in two days.
