The service and fast delivery was just perfect, but the quality of the walking boot cover is very disappointing. The sole is brittle and not suited for Montreal’s winter sidewalks with rock salt.

Order was hand delivered by Jackie herself! She was traveling through my town and made a special stop and took the time to display and describe my canes. I have never had customer service like this before.
The Ossenberg canes are stable durable and incredibly comfortable. Ask about the soft cuff attachment....very nice. Thanks Cool Crutches by Jackie. I can attest she's pretty cool.
