Jackie gives the best customer service!!
My daughter received her crutches so quickly and they are just as promised and helping her move around so much better and with no pain! Highly recommend!!

I had questions about a product and phoned. My questions were answered promptly by staff without having to leave a voicemail. Purchased the product and it arrived safely within a few days. I would definitely recommend Cool Crutches.

Great selection and amazing customer service. Jackie responded promptly to my emails, suggested a phone call when it seemed appropriate, talked me through a selection in the afternoon and it was delivered the next morning.

Love the crutches very light. But for something that is folding they could do with a design that folds in three. They are still bigger than folding canes.also they need a carry bag like the plastic one that comes with folding cane. However that aside. Good company. Great modern products. Very efficient post and pack.

I was apprehensive of purchasing my very first set of elbow crutches (Canadian crutches) online, so I went thru my local CLSC and was that a big mistake and waste of time, 4 months later I was still crutchless and very unsatisfied with my entire experience. Then I called and spoke with Jackie, she was so helpful, she knew exactly what crutch would best fit for my situation. I love the neoprene sleeves she suggested, they are a perfect fit and really comfortable. I received my crutches in 2 days of ordering them, I have been using them now for a few weeks and I'm completely satisfied. Buying here was not only efficient and cost effective, but fun! Jackie remembers that the right colour and comfort level makes a difference. My daughter didn't want to go to bed but rather race around the house on her new "faster" crutches!

I bought some forearm crutches for my son. They arrived the next day. I got lots of helpful tracking updates to let me know the status of my order. The crutches are great. Solid and well made. I always go to Classy Canes by Jackie for my canes. Your website is easy to navigate and it is loaded with many styles to choose from, including my favourite - lightweight carbon canes that weigh so little. Your quick service and turn around time is always appreciated. On my last order, when I needed two identical canes, you went to great lengths to ensure that the purple colour matched and communicated with me regularly to keep me informed. I also appreciate that you were able to cut the canes to the correct length and that I could stock up on quality tips because the ones I can get locally are so soft that they wear out in a month. As an image professional, my canes are part of my image, so it is always a delight to work with you to obtain stylish, quality products. I have already passed on your card to a friend who had two knees replaced and now finds that a cane is in order when at her cottage. I'm sure that she will be in touch in the spring.

A real pleasure to deal with. Jackie called me at home to clarify my order and we ended up changing it with her suggestions-first rate service and the package arrived the next day. Hopefully we won’t need their services again (broken leg) but their selection and service is outstanding!
