The product arrived and appeared to be an old bottles. The liquid inside the tube wasn't not transparent. It was cloud, thick and dark brown. I use this product regularly and the plastic tube is suppose to to translucent with a clear liquid inside. Would not recommend this seller at all. They knowingly sold me a defective product. Anyone who would have seen this product would know I been had!

I purchased two cartridges. One cartridge was in an opened plastic bag, and the installation leaflet was largely illegible due to water damage and/or fraying. Fortunately, I was able to use the instructions in the other packet.
