I believe they are refurbishing used blades and listing them as new. The blade pictured is brand new and sealed in plastic. The blade they sent me looked used, dirty, had rust spots, and was in a small old-looking unsealed box. I'm pretty sure selling used blades as "new" is consumer fraud. I'm also pretty sure it's trademark infringement under the Lanham Act because of the harm to Andis' brand.
