No response to customer contact firm, two messages sent. 48 hour delivery but took over three weeks to arrive, and now have sent the wrong item. Different to the item ordered and on the invoice, no reason for it to be wrong at all. Terrible service, would contact about wrong item but I still have had no response to messages sent weeks ago

I have had a number of issues with this company and will never use them again. I have made a number of purchase that I have had to have refunds. I would say only Communication from Facebook email very hit and miss. Had to log a dispute on a few occasions. The last one as I did not feel I could get this resolved though the company’s communication channels. However after all the trouble of not getting orders in the past this one has been shipped. I await its arrival and condition all in all I have had more bad than good experiences.

Very poor service, but there's no option for zero stars. My order is wrong, but despite emailing Collekt, using their contact form and starting a PayPal dispute, its still over a week later and no-one has contacted me so I can get the Funko I ordered :-(

Really disappointed I ordered the Freddy Krueger exclusive pop vinyl from you and was excited to come home and find it waiting for me. Upon opening the parcel the excitement was short lived what lay in side the parcel was a mabelcorn marbel no interest in this pop. First time ordering left with a bitter taste in my mouth.
