I was hesitant at first and was not sure how complicated it would be to set up my own forms. Fortunately, the process was easier than anticipated and after using the forms and reports for a couple of months have found them of great benefit to my health practice.
Once you get past the basic forms there is a learning curve to use some of the more advanced options however well worth the effort.

I've found the service to be quite powerful and still relatively easy to use. That's a pretty rare combination nowadays. I have also appreciated their prompt service whenever I have had a question that I could not easily find an answer to in the product documentation.

Easy to use, good general layout and when I have had a question the team has been fast and precise in the response. My main issue with the form is it does not allow you to separate titles to change size and font in different sections, they are all linked. Apart from that great job!

Cognito forms makes it easy to get a form created quickly. I was using it to mock up a website. Most of it worked well, but layout was difficult as was adding other buttons. The layout and copy/paste function was difficult because you could not easily place the copied item where you wanted it
