Thus far, I've enjoyed using Cognito; it's been easy to build the forms I've needed and it's easy for my clients to utilize the forms I've built.

Support was slow. Support was ultimately unable to solve the Stripe problems caused by Cognito Forms. Cognito Forms doesn't support forms with optional "Billing is different" because only one field can be assigned to payment verification. There is a lot of positive and I really wanted to use them so I was sad that it doesn't seem I'll be able to do so.

Cognito has been a complete game changer! Not only does it allow my company to go green, it allows such ease and maintains professionalism. Do not hesitate to sign up, they have been an excellent company. Thank you Cognito!!

I really enjoy Cognito Forms and all of its ability as well as it listening to its customers regarding new features. Cognito is one of the top solutions for online forms and it shows. The only reason I give them a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because of an experience I had in December. I had a form that was longer than other forms and apparently Cognito couldn't quite handle it very well. I wish that forms that are longer could be supported and handled better by Cognito systems including possibly allocating more resources to a form/account. Maybe even at a slightly higher fee. Instead I had to do workarounds for corrupted exports that couldn't be fixed along with other workarounds for other issues. Support suggested I use their new "Lookup" feature which would have taken time to learn, manipulate which I couldn't do since the form was live. This was literally the only issue I've had with Cognito since beginning to use them and I suggest this product whenever applicable. The other feature I wish they provided to all paid subscription customers is security for their forms. Such as adding a user but not wanted them to see certain forms. That feature is only available to the $99 customers which we have an account for our Fleet but not for our IT account. That feature seems like it doesn't need to be only accessible for the highest tiered subscription. I look forward to future features as I know Cognito is maturing each year.

The forms were easy to set up and to attach to my website. My experience so far is entirely positive. After almost a year of using them the forms I have created using Cognito's templates have worked perfectly.

Easy to use, with an excellent approach to conditional logic. Very easy appearance customisation. Great value for money. Easily my preference over Wufoo or Formstack.

I run a Ski Club for a school district and cognito has allowed us to streamline the payment process for parents and organize all the data. We plan to purchase the pro version so we can offer more features.

I had someone create my forms for me but she gave me instructions on how to edit them and create others and it was quite easy to use. I am happy with the option to get an email copy of the registration form and love that the confirmation emails have been sent out without issue (I had problems with this with a previous program I used).

Cognito team is very helpful and support turnaround time is super fast!

Very customizable forms. We've created simple and complex forms. Affordable, new features regularly added. Payment forms with multiple items/quantities require creating formulas. If they had an easier way or a form wizard, I would rate them a 10!
