Although Cognito Forms' interface could be more intuitive, the site is easy to set-up and use. I recommend CF for the flexibility of their form options and question formats (which aren't available in Google Forms) as well as their workflow settings - a big plus! A bit difficult to manage once submissions (a long form with uploaded docs) came through, but that's really been my only issue. Try it out!

The forms are somewhat easy however I feel the could be easier to design as I seem to spend a lot of time designing the forms. Maybe some tutorials would be good since there is no live support that can be provided

If only other platforms I work with were so easy! Cognito Forms are very flexible for customizing. Customer support online is thorough and on the occasions I need a little more, responses are timely. Price is right for our small non-profit making Cognito an amazing tool for us.

Best form software out there. I did not give 5 stars because of two reasons:
- Forms should be able to have versions. Being able to build powerful forms with Cognito is great, but not if there is no version control. Anything at all would be great. We use these forms in a "production ready" sense, and its scary to think the form (often part of larger event driven notifications/webhooks) could blow up with a mis-click.
- Being able to ingest data via a Restful API would be absolutely magical. For example if I want customers to be able to pay an invoice using Cognito as a sort of payments page, I'd like to sent an API request asking for the amount still outstanding on the invoice (assuming a partial payment was already made, etc).
