I love being able to customize the forms. They can be used to track, manage, sell, etc. It takes some time playing with it to learn it, but once you understand the basics it makes a lot of sense.

ALTHOUGH I LOVE THE OVERALL EASE OF USE OF YOUR FORMS, I AM FRUSTRATED THAT THERE IS NO PHONE SUPPORT. WE ARE PAYING FOR THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICES AND YET CANNOT GET HELP FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE EMAILS. EMAIL REPLIES DO NOT ALWAYS ADDRESS OUR NEEDS AND REQUIRE SEVERAL BACK AND FORTH CONVERSATIONS BEFORE SOLVING AN ISSUE (IF AT ALL). I WAS TOLD SO MANY PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD ARE USING COGNITO SO YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY PROVIDE PHONE SUPPORT FOR EVERYONE. THIS MAKES NO SENSE TO ME BECAUSE IF SOMEONE AT YOUR COMPANY IS READING EMAILS IN LOTS OF LANGUAGES AND REPLYING BACK TO PEOPLE IN ALL DIFFERENT LANGUAGES, WHY CAN'T SOMEONE REPLY BY PHONE IN THOSE LANGUAGES???

Cognito was a lifesaver in a time where my church had to find a new online form service that provided actual value for the money we were being charged. We had another provider who drastically raised their prices while slashing features. Then, I found Cognito. It was value after value after value for a great price. They give you amazing features, like the ability to save, that other providers don't unless you're paying them over $1,000 a year. It's crazy! I truly appreciate Cognito working their butts off to bring such a great product that is responsive and just flat out works and that has so many options for an amazing price. Also, their customer support and engagement via social media has been second to none. Always FAST, helpful, and kind. For several years I'd been looking for an application that help me build competitive intelligence and analysis forms. Eventually found Cognito and had a close look at what they offered.
Part of my requirement involves inserting PNGs for discussion purposes and Cognito, at the time, was the only forms vendor to do this. Moreover, the build functionality is superb as is the ability to edit downloaded Word documents, adjust the syntax and upload. The online videos 'how to' are also excellent.
The superior value part however, was the technical assistance (Carly). I've not experienced this level of customer service anywhere; always prompt, accurate, expedient and she will also make suggestions as to how things can be done better. I believe Cognito have a superior position in the marketplace by clearly allowing the business to be market driven. It's paying off.
They're brilliant and I wish them all the success they deserve.
