We're in the middle of a complicated online registration process requiring people to upload images of insurance cards and permissions forms. We're getting the permissions forms, and we can see that insurance cards have been uploaded, but we're not receiving those images.

This is a wonderful option for a non-profit such as the church for which I work. The only reason I am giving you 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are still some complicated processes for which I cannot find the answers easily in the online help sections. Your help staff, however, always provides the answers I need by email. What really would earn you 5 stars is the ability to talk to someone on the phone when I run into problems. I'd be willing to make an online appointment for a phone conversation if it could be within an hour or two during business hours. Then I could learn so much more! Over time as I move along the learning curve, you would have to expend fewer and fewer resources to help me out.

Overall, I like this form submission system. I would only suggest that there be more drop-down menus as opposed to text fields...I see a lot of data entry errors.
