The only thing I could possibly add is a request for you to add support for quizes. I would like to start offering small classes and would need to have a quiz if offered through the website.

We are a relative small user of forms and for that reason not yet a payed subscriber but I am Pretty impressed so far. The only concern I have is with bounced mail notifications, although this problem was dealt with swiftly, thanks.

so far, so good - the process of designing and using the form has been easy and looks good. My only suggestion would be to see if you can allow for images to be included on some of the questions - I do wedding flowers and would like to put examples of certain categories for clients to make a selection from. and that was very helpful

I love how easy it is to go through each entry, it has certainly made my life a lot easier. What would really help is if the screenshot they submitted was bigger when I tap on their submission so I didn't have to open a new tab every single time.

Thanks for your feedback, Hannah! I'm glad to hear that the entries page has helped you to keep your data organized. Currently when clicking on an entry, you should be able to click and drag the left side of the entry preview to make it bigger and easier to view! Hopefully this helps with this issue.

I find Cognito Forms to be very helpful with my business. I created a sign-in sheet and new clients sign-in with their details on the tablet and I get a list of all sign-ins on the computer. No more pen and paper and unreadable handwriting :-)
The only one small thing I'd change is for the entries list to refresh automatically whenever a new entry is added so I won't have to keep hitting F5.

Cognito Forms has turned into a great tool for our company. There are still a couple of things missing that would make this a PERFECT tool for our company.
Because we have so many items and customers, we need the ability to fill choice items directly from our system. There is no way to manually load all selections for certain forms and this would be a game changer for us.
Also, when being able to customize a form template, I wish it could be a little easier. There are several times that I would like to make a form 1 page and it becomes quite a task to get that to happen depending on the form.

I love using Cognito Forms! The free version is very nearly infinitely configurable including the ability to send emails when a form is filled out, updated, etc.! They embed nicely into my website and the cognito logo is relatively low key for the free version :) The only thing I would want to change is the ability to choose from a small variety of cognito forms logos so the colors can match more with my website theme. (similar to the option mailchimp provides for its free users.
