Easy to sign up. With little IT knowledge you will be able to make complex mail forms, even if you use the free scheme.
Love the dependant input fields and the multi page option.
If there is something to complain, then it will be that it is not possible to select multiple values in the scrol box.
Other then that I warmly recommend CognitoForms

The only thing that i hope them to put image choice.
And i cheaper price for removing the banner.
Or a like visible banner such as just a link below saying powered by cog and charge cheaper $2-3, i would pay it monthly. Cuz right now i just start my website and no sales, i also need to pay the original website and ad in ye future, i cant afford that every month

Really easy to build your forms. I would build the forms using any other technologies, but with cognitos forms your can build your forms in few minutes and deploy it straight away.

I do not normally write reviews, but this one is definitely worth it! I LOVE Cognito forms and the different forms I can create. I use this for a very small private school and we use a form to give parents a very accurate estimate of what their tuition will look like using many variables. I had to read the help pages, which I will admit were a little difficult to understand sometimes, but I am so glad they are all available. Wonderful product!!

This is a great form to keep a track of our work. The only possible addition I'd like would be to be able to assign a task to a person so they can get notified to it and possibly add comments to a task explaining the progress so far.

I am in love with this software. It is easy to use, highly customizable and integrates seamlessly in my WordPress website.
My only complaint is with the custom document creation. It's $4 a month per document and there is no additional work on the part of Cognito forms. I am the one that set up the code in Word and did all the testing. Additionally, if there is a document uploaded, such as a photo the only way to attach that to a document is to use the custom document form.
Finally, there is no was to mass export custom documents. I am having to manually do each application as they come in. I am at 280 right now and I expect close to 1,000. That is a lot of clicking and saving.
So as far as ease of use for everything else we do it is great!

Being a very small business who has a simple form of about 15 fields and very few submittals (maybe 30 a month at the most), I was extremely happy to come across Cognito forms. It allowed me to build a more complex form for no cost. The interface is easy to use and gives me a lot of features for designing and managing my forms. It is perfect!

I googled and found Cognito after discovering that our contracted IBM Watson Marketing Solutions software couldn't handle certain form functions (like dropdowns). Cognito was cheaper and easier to use than IBM's product so I will definitely Cognito again.
