It's the most flexible forms I've ever seen. And it's pretty simple to use, given its flexibility. I use it to pre-qualify renters who respond to my ads for vacant rental homes and apartments. When I get the email, I know right away if it's an applicant I need to follow up with.

The forms are great once you figure out how to use them. The only problem I had is, the support help desk are not allowed to talk to you directly. I am not computer friendly and I know I would it more if I was able to have my questions answered by a live person.

Surprised you cannot upload large amounts of info to populate formal fields using excel instead of manually entering one by one. Seems like that would he a no brainer. Other than that not bad.

We are hoping to develop a feature that will allow you to import entry data, as we realize this would be helpful especially with the Lookup Field. My experience with Cognito, while limited as a new customer, has been nothing but very positive. Even using a new, individual (free) plan, the flexibility of form building is still quite robust: A large choice of predesigned templates helps get a form built and published quickly; within the builder itself, I am able to upload a logo, tweak fonts and colors and move form fields around with ease. I wholeheartedly recommend Cognito forms as a great starting point that will grow with you as your business grows.
