I generated quite complicated form for car inspections. Cognito forms allowed me to make my form advanced. Documents template generation could be better. The rest is fantastic.

Awesome online form. The final presentation of the form is very clean cut. My clients love the appearance of the form and how it’s presented.

Great for my practice. Would like more control over basic formatting though (ie font, font size, bold, italics, underlining)...otherwise great!

I think the Cognito platform is the best thing since pizza and beer. I would love it even more if the URL was not visible when people use the forms on my website.

Great tool. My only wish is that it was easier to work with the data export that comes out of repeating tables or logic-driven questions.

I would like to be able to add notes on the candidate screen, like phone screened, interviewed, do not use, rejected offer etc.

Although Cognito Forms' interface could be more intuitive, the site is easy to set-up and use. I recommend CF for the flexibility of their form options and question formats (which aren't available in Google Forms) as well as their workflow settings - a big plus! A bit difficult to manage once submissions (a long form with uploaded docs) came through, but that's really been my only issue. Try it out!

Easy to use form builder with many great features. Only wish would be to have the data field results from each form submission included in the email notice that a form entry was submitted. Thanks for offering this great free form builder!
