Cognito forms are very simple to set up and manage on your website. We would definitely recommend these to others who want a simple method of tracking web enquires or applications.

Easy to build a form, many option and formulas, payment through stripe, can be easily embed on your site and it´s free.

I haven't had the chance to "create forms", not sure if I even know how. I don't see where we can delete the incoming messages after we have addressed them. Do you have any recommendations?

The system is really nice, overall. The forms are beautiful and adapt well to any screen. The design process is easy. The back end management is great...with one exception...when the forms integrate with a payment processor like Square, they aren't able to send over the title of the form in the transaction title. I submitted a help ticket and was told it wasn't possible. It IS possible since Wufoo has been integrated with my Square and including form names since I started using it. The accounting side of tracking down which transactions should be coded as which type of revenue is much more frustrating because of this.

It would be awesome and 5 starts if I can make a "one selection" question with images.

I really like Cognito forms. They are very easy to use and have more visual appeal than Google forms with the various colors and graphics that I can apply to my forms. I also love that they are free!!

Please give email feature, like when a person fill form mail to his/her response via email and also email form owner. In my opinion all features in your site is very nice.

It’s wonderful and love the integration I was able to do into my site. Used the form as a Wedding RSVP for myself and was able to track who rsvp’d easily.

Cognito forms is a great tool in and of itself. If you need a robust solution with flexible form elements, this is about the best tool out there. If however you need data integration with an existing system, it falls a bit short. You can easily export data into common formats just fine. But this is a manual process and might be a bit cumbersome for your users depending on your particular workflow. They offer a webhooks integration that I managed to make work for me. But it required creating a piece of middleware that effectively acts as a translator between cognito and my system. Even with this piece in place there does not appear to be a way to creat actions to trigger the webhook to send data. It only appears to happen when a form is submitted. A more full featured integration toolset, perhaps with a restful api to query data on demand would move my review to 5 stars.

So far, so good. I've been with the company a little over a month now. I did not give them 5 stars because I am unable to view my form entries via email, I have to log back into the site. Other than that, I love the flexibility of the forms.

I think the build process can be a bit more polished, eg drag n drop. Also I would like to see a more in-depth tutorial on de advanced calculator.
But besides that I love the app and the way it's setup. It loads quick and snappy and my user don't even know that they are using an external form. A lot of other solutions have to big of impact on the overall performance of your website. So great work, Im really happy!!!

I tried different forms builders and by far Cognito Forms is the best!

The forms are great in theory but they have a few crucial things missing. They accept multiple payment platforms but not in the same form. This makes it difficult to make a seamless form that performs well everywhere and I dont want to clutter my website with multiple forms for each thing.

All in all I think Cognito Forms have an easy interface and the dashboard is easy to use and I really like the features available for the forms.
However, I have had some small issues in regards to managing my entries, how those are numbered once they come through so I can keep track of them. It surprises me to see htat tiny issues like this cannot be fixed in Cognito Forms when there are other more complicated features available. For example, once I delete an entry, I do not see why the next submission I receive is numbered as "Number 2" - I mean, there is only one entry in my dashboard! This in turn affects the exported excel data where numbers are important.

Also, I would like to have a feature of adding a website, without having to add a textbox and include it as part of a text. It can be done with other forms so I am sure it would be nice to include it here too.

I have had to contact the Cognito Forms support staff once or twice because the FAQ pages didn't cover me so perhaps there is room for improvement there too. However, the response by the the support staff was quick and helpful.
