The forms were easy to set up and to attach to my website. My experience so far is entirely positive. After almost a year of using them the forms I have created using Cognito's templates have worked perfectly.

Easy to use, with an excellent approach to conditional logic. Very easy appearance customisation. Great value for money. Easily my preference over Wufoo or Formstack.

I run a Ski Club for a school district and cognito has allowed us to streamline the payment process for parents and organize all the data. We plan to purchase the pro version so we can offer more features.

I had someone create my forms for me but she gave me instructions on how to edit them and create others and it was quite easy to use. I am happy with the option to get an email copy of the registration form and love that the confirmation emails have been sent out without issue (I had problems with this with a previous program I used).

Very customizable forms. We've created simple and complex forms. Affordable, new features regularly added. Payment forms with multiple items/quantities require creating formulas. If they had an easier way or a form wizard, I would rate them a 10!

Cognito Forms has been one of the greatest online services I've ever found. I was able to make a complicated form easily, embed it on my site, and organize the responses.
And all for free! I ended up upgrading because I needed more space, but WOW, does Cognito give you a lot for free!

The best form's software I have ever used bar none. Comes fully featured even for the free tier and UI is sleek, simple, and modern. The logic and customization options are deep and near limitless, only bound by your creativity. Very satisfied!

What I want to see if when you scroll right on the entries page that you can still see their names as you read the answers in the form.

Really easy to use, Excellent. As a suggestion I would like to you to add in the dropdowns and tables section and to be able to insert images into a cell.
