I found your product easy to use. Most of what I built was intuitive using your product to simulate business workflows. Although my application (books sale orders) was new from what I could see I was able to use the existing templates to get what I needed. The support group was prompt and helpful when I needed them.

Cognito Forms makes it easy to create and has so many options to customize. However, from a workflow perspective, it needs a lot of work and it is not user-friendly. If that's fixed, it would be a leading form. Not only that, but they need to have live customer service (phone) rather than email.

So far I'm very pleased with the user-friendly interface and simple instructions. I'm keeping at just 4 stars for now because we haven't tried to go public with our form yet, but the planning and building stages have been very easy. Cognito offers the one thing that most of its competitors don't - the ability for the user to print their own results, which was extremely vital to our needs and surprisingly difficult to find among most survey platforms!

I really enjoyed the seemingly ease of using the form development tools. I would appreciate a little bit better documentation on some of the calculations that the system allows. I also think that being able to import values into a sheet of the entries that you plan on using for look up values would also make a lot of sense than having to punch each one in individually.
