Everything works fine and the fact that AMP pages are supported is a big plus. But the User Interface is a real catastrophe, not speaking of the overall design, colors and even the own logo of cognito. All looking like early 2000's design stuff. How should it give us confidence to embed it on our websites when it all looks so ugly?

1) Need to add = function if some text box value should automatically get added to some other text box.
2) from combo box value-text pair : if Combo box text selected, value should be populated in other text box.
