Its quite basic yet powerful tool. I really enjoyed it but I am looking forward to it being responsive. What I mean by that is that the form should change its size according to screens and auto-adjust. I hope you got the idea of what I meant.

Cognito forms are very easy to configure and personalise.
You can have a number of different forms for various activities, when you access your account the emails are grouped into the various departments.
Should you need to change the design of any preconfigured form, you need only access your Cognito account.

I have yet to find a file format that it cant upload, Photos, videos, documents all work, with no size limit.
The Cognito link works from any document, very useful for requested email responses.

Cognito Forms gives me the flexibility to craft fairly complicated forms. I have used it for registration forms for a ballet school, volunteer forms, etc. The ability to customize the form dynamically based on users' answers is invaluable, as are the validation rules.

What makes it right for me?
It provides good-looking forms with lots of control over the look and feel, with allowance for Help text on each item. I want VERY helpful forms!
Forms run on all sorts of devices so my customers can work anywhere.
It includes Merge with Word Documents.
When markup on the Word Template is not understood, Cognito returns a copy with comments on each error. This makes it crystal clear where the error is, with a good start on understanding it.
The Merge has a nice set of features, documented on the support page. It is still primitive on handling of natural language (plurals, capital at start of sentence etc) but I look for that to grow and meanwhile logic can fake it.
The business model lets my customers be part of my organization or have their own, while sharing the Forms and Templates I produce.
The pricing scheme is reasonable and scales well.

Great product, I have used Zoho, Google, jotform and typeform the forms here are much much better, however to link one form to another is a bind, cannot find any clear instructions how to achieve the this. Which is a shame for what otherwise is a great platfirm
