Several features of Cognito Forms stand out. First is the ability to collect information in repeating sections. For example, the client may have more than one child, and I need to know the names and birthdates of each. Second is the ability to easily integrate the form with Microsoft Power Apps in order to accomplish great things. For example, I get an email notification when a client fills out a form. Even better, I am able to integrate the data from the form into Microsoft Word, using Power Automate and Word content controls. Cognito Forms Rocks!

Hi, i really love to work with cognito form so far, its really helpfull and easy to use but i have one problem. When i need to export the form to Excel, the images that attached wont be exported at all. Thats all for my reviews, thank you.

It was great to use the Cognito Forms. It's user friendly. The reason it's not a 5 star is because I'm having a hard time creating a quiz for Matching A and B. It looks like there's no option for that.

Cognito Forms makes some very powerful, clean-looking forms! I'm really glad I started my form project here. There are a few things that I haven't quite been able to figure out yet. It is possible that what I am looking for may not be features yet. But I'm happy with what I've been able to create so far.
