It's very useful to my business especially for securing my forms and details. I'll give 3 stars for now, I just started using cognito for months and still maximizing its use and hoping that this reviews will help to improve the system and service for consumers.

Overall, easy to use and I was able to get the information I needed from my customers with the form. I used it as an order form for team apparel. A few things: I could not figure out a way to allow people to select multiple sizes, and different quantities of sizes of the same shirt. So for example, if someone wanted to order 2 mediums and 1 large of the same shirt, I couldn’t figure out a clean way to do that without making multiple entries of the same shirt option. Also, it was difficult to find where to edit the header of the form, since that was in the “Publish > Style Editor” instead of the build area. I feel like that should be under build since it’s more than just the style editing. Or at least it was hard for me to find where that was. Overall though it was very useful and I like the option to export to Excel so I can keep track of all my orders.

Hi Morgan! Thank you for your thoughtful review. Regarding your t-shirt order form, I would highly recommend using our Repeating Sections feature. Repeating sections are containers that allow you to duplicate groups of fields as needed. In this case, your customers could order multiple combinations of shirt designs and sizes on the same form.
