Have tried others (inc Formstack and WP Forms plugins) - Cognito is the one I'm sticking with.

Integration with Stripe is superb, logic functions in Cognito work very well, and its API links with Zapier and Integrately make it a key part of our small business model

It is so easy to create forms, I love cognito!

The overall interface is good but could do with improving the filtering options. The only way I can currently filter down on items assigned to me is by searching for my name in the key words.

Fantastic and easy form creation and integration with our website. Couldn't be happier! We needed an easy, quick and in this case free form for our website. Cognito Forms made it extremely easy!

It was simple to use, simple to get the hang of it, and overall very useful.

The software is simple and easy to use. I was creating forms quickly with little use of the help documentation because it is intuitive.

it should have an OData source or some other method to access the data directly via Tools like PowerBI. You can do this but have to use PowerAutomate to send the data somewhere else like Smartsheets or send it to sharepoint. Which means you have data in 2 places.

Even without that, it seems linked a great and simple tool to use.

I found it easy to create my forms and it was easy to amend when I needed to. I like that I am able to export the forms to a spreadsheet, or view each entry individually. A couple of times I tried logging in but was unable to. However, this may be because I logged in via Google, or could have been an issue with internet. Overall I would highly recommend Cognito Forms.

Cognito is the best platform i have used

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put it all together through Cognito Forms. But, there came a time for questions when I got into trying to put together an order form that involved inserts and coding. I was really happy with the response and solutions that were communicated to me in order to get it done. Thanks to your staff for the help that was given.

When comparing Cognito forms with other similar applications, doesn't have capability to send reminder emails and native dropbox integration. I exchanged a few emails with cognito support and all I hear is that they don't have these features and will put in a request with no date as to when it'll be done. It has nice user interface.

Every thing on your form is good but one thing I want to recommend. I use traditional Chinese, but your site default is simplified Chinese which only China uses it. There are many people all around the world use traditional Chinese, hope your site can add traditional Chinese for an option. Thank you.

We sell rent to own furniture and this is exactly what we needed for our online application form. Great way to get the bulk of the information I need before the customer even gets to the store!

What's good about Cognito is the sections and especially Repeating Sections. As such, building forms is quite easy and layout is quite flexible.
For me, the deal breaker is the terrible user experience with Notification Emails and Confirmation emails. These offer little to no customization and look extremely unprofessional. The no-reply email is not generic enough, and it is too costly to add multiple registered emails. As such, I will not use Cognito for my clients unless they really, really need the repeating section to facilitate payments...and even then...maybe.

First of all, I would like to give a very satisfying remarks fof the online form since it is lightweight, easy to use and user-friendly. However, there are some features that might have been missing in which it could somewhat help enhance the features of the forms:
- settings for conditional statements should be optimized (includes conditions linked to other elements such as radio buttons, checkbox, etc)
- QR code generation (since it is pretty useful nowadays, provided that only basic information is serialized)
- phone numbers must already have a prefix number depending on the country (such as +63 in the Philippines)
- email address should already have a domain suffix (like @yahoo.com or @gmail.com)
- Number field must be fixed, since there are several instances that this field cannot be used properly, such as Range that does not work properly (which is why I am using the Textbox field instead as an alternative)
- inserting choice (such as combo box or radio button) from an existing database

Hopefully, this feedback will be able to help provide additional ideas to further enhance this form.
Finally, we are so thankful to use this platform as a form generator as this is by far the best online form maker among all...
