I mean you can tell by the overall look and aesthetics of their website and client dashboard that they put a good amount of work into what they do. Most of these other providers use the same portal design and give 1-2 word responses when you have questions. CSA writes out blogs, sends update emails, and really make the experience feel like you're actually speaking to a real person who cares about your experience.

If anyone else feels differently, you all are out of your mind or are just really setting your expectations too freaking high and are ignorant on how panels work.

I've been hearing good remarks about Claim Social Authority for a few months but decided to watch and read more because before I try. I've been working with them for a few years now, and while there are some technical problems from time to time, it's not their fault most of the time and their communication and response time to getting those problems fixed for everyone is very fast and consistent.
