The shelves didn't have an assembly-manual and were missing parts. Giving three stars instead of two stars because they shipped the replacement parts quickly. But in the end we still didn't have all the necessary materials (i.e. missing crossbeams for support, but luckily we didn't need all of them for the amount of weight that was being supported).

The customer service I received was above and beyond! Originally my shelving unit arrived missing a basket shelf. They didn't ask me to jump through a bunch of hoops, simply apologized and said they would get it sent out ASAP. Then, to make it even better, when it was discovered that this shelf type was on backorder, I asked if they would consider sending me a flat shelf instead, because it would actually fit my needs better. They agreed and sent it right out, without insisting they could only send it exactly as it was originally ordered. The representative I spoke with was very personable throughout the interchange.

Very good customer service. David Rodriguez and Sharon Awesome follow Throughs on their part keeping me updated. My recommendation is not to use FedEx for deliveries. I was contacted by them stating that they were going to deliver took a day off of work they never showed up and denied calling me. Second delivery attempt made an appointment they told me between 9 AM and 6 PM took another day off of work I normally work till three they showed up at 5 o’clock took a day off again for no reason could’ve worked and still came home to location of delivery and waited for them.
