There was some issues with our order that delayed shipping. I am not sure what actually happened, but when I contact customer service, 2 people got involved and fixed everything and we received our order within a few days after. There is always going to be something that gets mixed up, but what makes companies so great is the way they handle the mix ups, and you folks we great. Thank you.

I ordered an item that stated I would get a SHIP date after ordering...AFTER ordering. I had to wait almost two weeks before I was informed that the ship date was going to end up being two and half months after I placed my order. If I went with any number of other companies, I would get a very similar item and it would be DELIVERED in a week or less. Let the buyer know that the estimated ship date is going to be ridiculous before they place the order please...
