Kevin, I wanted to respond and apologize. When I investigated this order, I found that the 48” shelf beams that are normally in stock were temporarily out of stock. Usually you would have received your shelving in no more than a few days. It took too long to inform you that there would be a shipping delay, and we will strive to do better if you give us a chance to prove it in the future. Thanks for your response, and I hope we can make it right for you.

Item was ordered online with not exceptions. Not until I followed up a week and a half later to find out where the item was, they placed the order to have it shipped. Now I have to wait another week and a half before I get the item. I haven't received the item yet so I can not rate on the quality.

Ordered a dock board for our warehouse.
Order took a few days before it was even processed and then their shipping company lost the item. Not sure how you lose a 4'X4' dock board that weighs 250 pounds.
Overall, product is great and is as described. The ordering process was not great though. I won't likely return as a customer.

I went online and ordered some steel shelving from Cisco, but a couple of days later I received an email saying after reviewing my order, they wanted to confirm that I wanted add-on shelving and not a free standing unit. I wanted a free standing unit, and was so glad that someone at Cisco-Eage caught my error before the product was shipped. The mistake was totally mine, and I really appreciated being helped. When the shelving unit did arrive (and thanks to their QA department, it was exactly what I wanted) it was very heavy-duty, high quality shelving. I highly recommend this company.
