I can't give a complete review yet as I haven't received my shelves yet. Everyone has been very nice that I have spoken with, but I have not received any shipping information. One thing gave shipping date as the 15th and I thought that was when it would arrive, but when I called, the lady I spoke with said it had shipped the 14th, but she didn't have tracking information, but she would try to get it and send it to me. I haven't received anything. I am very excited about these shelves and hope to come back with a good review. Just wish they would send tracking information so I would know when to expect them

Order is delayed and will not ship for an additional 5 days, original order was placed on 1 NOV 18.

Hi Matthew, we apologize for the delay. These conveyors are custom-built and not a normal stock item, which causes longer lead times. There was a delay in production capacity, which caused the smaller delay. We are monitoring the ship date right now. Thank you for the order -- we will do everything we can to ensure it goes smoothly from here on out.
