Very professional, they asked all the correct questions and then doubled back to confirm. I knew exactly what product, size, configuration and date it would arrive. Was also given the option to pick up product at local firm to save on delivery to hime

Genie Grip (fork covers) took a very long time to arrive, and then they were used for not even 2 hours before they came off the forks. The quality was not very good either.

Hi Juli, and apologies for the issue. These caps come in only one size (which fits 4" and 5" tines). If it does not fit your forks, we will arrange to take them as a return and refund your purchase. Our service department will be in touch. However, we can also try to work with you on installing these, as they should work on any normal tine. You should have a response this morning. We are happy with the security gates we purchased. The only problem we have is, at times the rollers turn and we have to turn them to the correct position to open or close them.

So far I have not been impressed at all. I was first told there was a delay from the manufacturer then I've been told three different occasions that our product was supposed to ship that day only to be told that there was a mix-up with the shipping company.. Today was the most recent day this occurred. The items still have not shipped to my knowledge. Not happy
