Excellent product. I didn't use it as a security gate but I can see that it would be a good one. I ordered a small one about 3 feet tall and am now using it as a gate to keep pets out of my dining room. After some mods to make it fit my application - it works perfectly. I use it as a swing gate to access the room and I can fold it up and swing it out of the way when needed.
I opted for this because I didn't like the flimsy wood pet gates. This one from Cisco-Eagle will last a life time.

The website was easy to navigate. I was especially pleased with the prices being available to view. Other websites wanted you to send in the details so they could review it before quoting a price.

The shelves came in an open pallet and therefore some of the shelves were damaged.
I would've preferred for them to be in boxes for better shipping protection.

My sales rep was pleasant and helpful. Getting a 4 of 5 rating as there were no online, or otherwise, tools to assist in putting together my RiviTier order. Having a master list of components on a spreadsheet would have been helpful to total my order, even better if it were online so that it covers costing at the same time. Just a thought for continuous improvement. DB
