CICSO-EAGLE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. IT IS SO NICE TO HAVE A LIVE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE. WORKED WITH US TO GET US SET UP AS A CUSTOMER WITH TERMS. HAD GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH. KEPT US INFORMED ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO DELIVERY.

I ordered a forklift safety light online and it said shipping would take 2-3 weeks but the light showed up in about 5 days. I was extremely happy. I would definitely order from them again. :)

Customer Service at Cisco-Eagle itself during the ordering phase is always a wonderful experience. However, delivery of my items is always a problem and this time we had a lot of damaged items (some damaged before they arrived and some damaged by the truck driver delivering the items).

Kimberly, I believe we have this one resolved. The issue of the third party shipping company is being dealt with in our process (the main carrier we used sub contracted it to another freight company). We'll work to ensure this does not happen in the future. Thank you!
