That said, the original freight quote was ridiculously high and I had to reconfigure the order without any input from Cisco Eagle to come up with a reasonable freight amount. Western Pacific shipped one piece wrong; Cisco-Eagle got that corrected within a week or so.

I ordered an expensive custom stainless steel table. the welds were terrible and needed grinding, buffing and polishing. this was a key item in the drawing. when i reached out to my account manager i received no response!

I worked with one sales person from beginning to end. His name is Brian. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I even had two change orders throughout the process and each time Brian was pleasant and understanding. I asked to be updated throughout the build and I did receive several email updates as was promised. Shipping was a breeze.
